MAD COOL FITNESS Store Policy

Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return your product.
• The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Refunds will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
• Customers are responsible for paying to ship return products back to MAD COOL FITNESS.
• There is a $3 processing fee for all returns.
• Please allow 30 days to receive your refund.

• To return a MAD COOL FITNESS product please follow these steps:

1. 1. Email us at: madcoolfitness@gmail.com
   2. In the Subject, please write: Store Return
   3. In the body of the email, please write the reason for the return: Wrong size, Not what I expected, Didn’t like it, Other_____ Exchange for a different size – If exchanging for a different size please indicate what new size is needed.
   4. After we receive your email, we will send you:

         2. The return shipping address to our warehouse 

RMA Number: You MUST put this number on the outside of the package. This RMA number allows our warehouse to track the return of the product to our warehouse.

5. When shipping back to MCF please use a carrier with tracking.

1. 1. 1. Tracking Number: Please email MCF the tracking information of the package from your postal carrier.
         1. Please provide this tracking information by replying to the same email chain you initially used to email MCF about the return.
      2. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of delivery.
      3. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in good condition. If they are not you will not receive a refund. MCF will email you of your item’s condition and return status.
